We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team on a Fixed Term Contract, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes across FMCG, Consumer, Tech, and Life Sciences/Pharma sectors, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of talent.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and identify top talent aligned with company goals.
• Provide operational support while contributing to the enhancement and streamlining of recruitment processes and ways of working.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, candidate experience, and employer branding strategies.
