Sheltered Housing advisor

BDS are currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Co-Ordinator in Wigan. The post will be based at a retirement complex for older adults who live independently. We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanor to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service. Temporary ongoing position to start asap working 15 hours a week over 3 Days. Main duties * Speaking with the residents daily * Signposting information on other services, in and around the area. * Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required, * Liaising with contractors Experience in a similar role is essential. You will have good PC skills, be approachable and have good organisation skills. An enhanced DBS will be required, issued within the last 12 months or registered on the update service
