Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities:
In this role, you ll focus on enhancing the design and usability of our digital learning courses making them engaging, interactive, and visually impactful for Phoenix s clients.
You won t be involved in developing or delivering the course syllabus itself; your focus will be on ensuring that the learning experience is intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
This is a great opportunity to apply your graphic design skills within an e-learning context, working to improve how our content is presented and experienced.
As part of your application, please provide a relevant work sample that showcases your design and e-learning expertise.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of the product roadmap and broader company strategy.
- Proofreading and editing the work of others, providing constructive feedback where appropriate.
- Writing, editing, and reviewing a range of content formats, including webinars, online learning modules, and newsletters.
- Researching and gathering information to create accurate, informative, and engaging learning content.

We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes
To be successful in this role, you must have/ be:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360.
- Experience using Adobe InDesign.
- Experience using an LMS (open on which one).
- An understanding of e-learning creation.
- A keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly in AI-driven learning tools.
To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:
- Animation/video editing experience.
- Proofreading/copywriting experience.
