Salary: Up to £31,120 including Sleep ins

Job Summary:
As a Senior Support Worker, you will:
- Provide effective monitoring, support and supervision to the staff team, always acting as a positive role model in line with Care Regulations.
- Manage staff rotas, complete daily shift queries, and ensure handover is completed to a high standard.
- Provide on-call cover as arranged by the Home Manager.
- Ensure all required documentation and records are completed in line with requirements.
- Ensure positive relationships with the children & young people, and always safeguard them.

Minimum Requirements:
- UK Full Driving Licence
- Basic Computer Skills Essential
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Children’s Residential Service
- Experience in Residential childcare (Minimum 2 years) – Essential
- Qualified – Hold a Diploma Level 3 in diploma for residential childcare or equivalent – Essential
