Project Coordinator

Working closely with our Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for the delivery of internal Capex and infrastructure projects, ensuring a safe and efficient execution of all project work inside budget parameters and agreed timeframes.

You will be a primary contact for contractors and internal stakeholders with the ability to quickly form meaningful working relationships across the Resort. It is key that our calendar of project works does not detract from our guests experience when they visit the Resort, so you’ll work closely with the wider operational team to ensure minimal impact when the Park and Hotels are operational, and that our guests have a positive (and safe!) experience throughout their visit.

As you will have worked on project delivery before you’ll have an understanding of the relevant administration that comes with project works including scoping, costing, managing risk and permits.

• You will have previous experience of managing/coordinating contractors and working with project plans and timelines

• A qualification or working towards a qualification in Project Management would be desirable

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
