Responsibilities: To actively promote the rights of young people as individuals and provide them with quality care in accordance with the policies and procedures of Duty of Care Limited. To assist in the provision of a safe and homely environment both individually and as part of a team to help young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties achieve their full potential by strengthening areas of weakness and developing areas of strength. As a Residential Care Worker you will also be expected to maintain confidentiality of client information. What we would like from you: * At least 1 years’ experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting in the last 5 years * Experience of working within a team.
