Who You Are Able to perform heavy manual duties for extended periods. Effective team worker and capable of working with minimal supervision. Skilled in following instructions and operating construction machinery such as rollers, breakers, and compactors. Open to training for skill enhancement and health & safety knowledge. Maintains basic work records with literacy proficiency. Friendly in interactions with staff and the public. Competent in using personal electronic communication devices. What the Job Involves Conducting general highway maintenance tasks, including potholing, drainage, fencing, and grass cutting. Operating small machinery and tools necessary for the job.
