At KFH we are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Lettings team.

What’s the role?
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be converting registered applicants into viewings, offer and new tenancies as well as market appraisals into instructions. You’ll deliver exceptional service to clients, build long-term relationships with landlords, to drive repeat business. It’s important for us that you lead by example, demonstrating performance and commitment that inspires others.
What can you bring to the role?
Proven experience as a lettings negotiator or assistant manager, ideally in a London-based lettings agency.
Excellent customer service and selling skills, with a reputation for delivering high standards.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
In-depth knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory frameworks.
NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, or similar.
