Role: Staffing Specialist
The Staffing Specialist manages staffing communications and actions for their assigned talents within a Practice. They oversee staffing activities, cast, short-list, and allocate talents, activate sourcing channels, and manage scheduling and utilization. The role involves escalating fulfillment challenges and supporting tactical workforce planning, reporting to a Senior Staffing Manager.
Hybrid Working: The work location varies between company offices, client sites, and home, but not 100% remote.
