In this highly varied role, you will have collaborative responsibility for the Design processes, standards and systems across the business. You will also lead a technical design team whilst controlling team workflow and provide technical support and expertise across design based projects. The role will a solution oriented self starter who is looking to work collaboratively with teams across the business to continue to improve standards across the board. This role would suit either a Design Engineer looking to progress into management or Design Manager from a production or manufacturing background looking to move into a role offering future progression, training and company benefits.
