Job Description
Aviation Revenue Specialist role will assist the Aviation Revenue team in setting aeronautical tariffs, including landing, parking, and passenger charges at Heathrow. You will support the recovery of £2.5 billion of aeronautical revenue by monitoring and escalating airline debt, planning internal governance and external airline engagement, and coordinating existing commercial arrangements. This role offers a great exposure to Heathrow\’s regulatory model, setting up aero charges as well as insights into the daily challenges of the Aviation team at one of the busiest airports in the world.
Your role will involve
- Monitoring and escalating airline debt levels to ensure compliant payment of 2bn in revenue, including communication with airlines
- Coordination of the yearly aeronautical charge\’s engagement process with airlines and internal stakeholders
- Management of current commercial agreements (rebates, incentives, contracts), including formal communication with airlines/customers
- Ownership and management of the team mailbox
- Supporting analytical work during increased team workload
- Working in partnership with the Business Support Centre to continuously improve aeronautical charging processes

Working Location
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow . Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
