At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Regional Parts Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership working out of any of our locations.

In this role you will assist and support Parts Department functions for the assigned region, enabling our employees to deliver exceptional service. Your work will help improve communications, share best practices, and enhance the functioning of the parts teams. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Parts Managers with day-to-day functions
  • Participate in the implementation of strategic plans and processes
  • Collaborate with Corporate Parts team to build and document processes and procedures
  • Utilize reporting tools to determine strengths and challenges that need to be addressed
  • Coordinate large orders for the company
  • Mentor, train, and onboard Parts Department employees
  • Work with Marketing to build Parts Department promotional programs and advertising
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Manager of Parts Department operations
  • Parts Management Technician certificate: combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience leading and motivating others
  • Strong ability to utilize desktop and internet applications
  • A valid Class 5 Drivers License and the ability to travel
  • Ability to work flexible/extended hours, weekends, holidays if needed
