Employment Solicitor – Our clients, a prominent commercial practice located on the Essex/Hertfordshire border, have requested our assistance in finding a senior Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to help expand a diverse caseload of transactional, non-contentious, and contentious employment matters, while collaborating with colleagues across various teams and office locations.

About the Role
You will be expected to provide comprehensive HR advice, including drafting service agreements, contracts of employment, staff handbooks, and relevant policies, as well as working with clients on disciplinary procedures and internal investigations; advising employer clients on employee terminations, redundancies, and restructuring, and preparing settlement agreements; providing transactional corporate support; advising on TUPE matters; and representing clients in employment tribunals and court.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a Solicitor with c. 5+ years PQE, and who can provide strategic and clear advice as well as exceptional client care skills. You must have strong technical legal knowledge in employment law, delivering profitable work in an effective manner. You will be expected to lead with a keen desire to develop and grow the employment law department with business development and marketing activities whilst growing client relationships.
