The world needs more Intrepid people:
Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for the travel industry? We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to help grow and nurture our trade partnerships across the UK.
As our Senior Partnerships Manager (North), you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening Intrepid’s presence in the UK market. Reporting to our Head of Trade Partnerships, you’ll take ownership of building and delivering a regional strategy that drives sales, brand awareness and stronger collaboration with our valued trade partners.
What you need to know:
Day to day, you’ll manage key accounts, develop commercial opportunities, negotiate contracts and identify new ways we can grow together. You’ll oversee the strategy for agent training and events, ensuring our partners have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You’ll also have line management responsibility for our Partnership Managers, supporting their development and helping to foster a positive team culture.
You’ll be the main point of contact for some of our biggest partners — so strong communication, creative problem-solving and commercial confidence are all key. You’ll help shape the future of some of our most established partnerships and represent Intrepid’s purpose-led brand with integrity and energy — while working mostly independently in your region. You’ll also join the wider team occasionally at our Brixton office for meetings and company events.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in the North of the UK, with regular travel across your region to meet partners and attend industry events, plus occasional visits to our Brixton office for team meetings and company catch-ups.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- 5+ years’ experience in the travel industry
- Proven success managing key accounts and driving year-on-year revenue growth
- Strong people management skills and experience leading others
- Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
- Clear understanding of the UK & Ireland travel trade landscape
- Creativity and curiosity — you bring fresh ideas to the table
- Experience using a CRM (ideally Salesforce) plus confidence with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
We expect strong interest in this role and may close the advert early — so if this sounds like your next adventure, we encourage you to apply soon.
