Housing and Neighbourhood Advisor x 2 Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire 1 x Permanent Contract 1 x 6-month FTC Salary: £33,075 – £36,750 We have an exciting opportunity for two Housing and Neighbourhood Advisors to join us on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week. One position is permanent and one is a six month fixed term position. In this full-time role, you’ll take ownership of your area, tackling anti-social behaviour and tenancy matters with confidence and care. Collaborating with partners, customers, and colleagues, you’ll create safe, thriving neighbourhoods, while ensuring our customers receive the support they need. From managing housing processes end-to-end to preparing complex court documents and representing us in legal proceedings, you’ll bring expertise and dedication to every aspect of your work. We’re looking for someone with… – Experience in a customer service or customer-facing role. – Verbal and written communication skills. – The ability to work independently and as part of a team. – A commitment to providing excellent customer service. – Good IT skills. – A full driving licence and access to a car.
