NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a Production Manager in our Navigation+ department. They will be responsible for managing, motivating and developing a team of Analysts to ensure the Navigation database is maintained and developed to support the NAVBLUE business. They will communicate company goals and make sure an effective, efficient & quality service is provided and ensure all specifications and quality standards are met on time and in full.
Main responsibilities :
- Lead a Navigation+ team cycle activities to ensure they are completed on time to the required standard by organizing and delegating activities.
- Support improvement project(s) through solution definition, implementation, deployment
- Lead a Navigation team / Support the Nav department for internal / external audits.
- Lead a Nav team occurrence management process.
- Support resolution of complex technical issues raised by internal/external customers.
- Awareness of sub-contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage performance, motivate, coach team members and provide feedback to develop talent within the team.
- Manage administrative tasks including overtime, holidays, sick leaves, training records
- Support customer account managers and senior management on customer calls, visits, and projects
- Recruit, onboard and train new team members
Education :
- Required:Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

- Proven experience in leadership and management
- Ability to effectively cooperate with both internal and external customers
- Quality minded, ability to run problem solving and root cause analysis sessions
