Head of Talking Therapies

Hours:37.5 hours per week

Salary:£61,651 with progression to £68,682 on successful completion of all competencies

Base:Services are based across England, so base location will be dependent on successful candidate – travel is required

This is an exciting time of growth and transformation for MHM and the role of Head of Talking Therapies is pivotal in ensuring that MHM deliver the highest quality of outcome focused services within our talking therapies portfolio.

About the Role

As Head of Talking Therapies, you will lead on the delivery of high quality, effective services which are geographically dispersed. You will lead on the continued innovation, integration and transformation of front-line services in support of the organisations mission, values and strategy.

You will be responsible for the mobilisation of new services and ensuring we maintain compliance of all regulatory requirements.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate visible and confident leadership, living the values of MHM and be able to lead your teams in achieving priorities identified in MHMs strategic plan.

You will promote the profile and reputation of MHM by building and maintaining positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including relevant professional networks and service users, and keeping up to date with best practice in the field.

We will ask that you have considerable experience and knowledge of managing and leading Talking Therapies services and experience of implementing innovative ways of working to maximise performance.

You will be able to demonstrate recent experience of managing service contracts and service mobilisation and we will want to hear about how you have transformed quality and service delivery through your leadership in similar roles, which should be in a regulated activity environment.
