- Preparation and negotiation of planning applications
- Planning appraisals
- Planning strategy advice
- Local Plan promotion
Qualifications include professional London planning experience, membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute, strong analytical and communication skills, and practical experience in development management or local planning authority work.
