Key Responsibilities
- Support analyst must be willing to participate in an on‑call rota to provide after‑hours support as required.
- Participate in a weekday rota (08:00–18:00) to monitor ServiceNow for new incidents.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for application issues, including functionality errors, data discrepancies, integration failures and performance problems, meeting SLA targets.
- Respond to user queries and guide on application usage.
- Develop and implement fixes; perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability.
- Support disaster recovery testing.
- Act as SME for the application, assisting with new initiatives and enhancements.
- Manage handover of new or updated functionality from Development to ensure effective client communication.
Skills We Can\’t Do Without
- Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
- Experience with MVC, .NET Core.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, including SQL scripting.
- Knowledge of PowerShell and Windows Server.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Function Apps and Monitor/App Insights, Entity Framework and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
Skills We\’d Like
- Knowledge of GitHub.
- Familiarity with YAML pipelines, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and Bicep.
- Knowledge of Selenium.
- Experience with .NET Blazor.
