What you’ll do:
- Lead our strategy for teaching and learning excellence, professional development, and quality assurance.
- Inspire and support curriculum teams to deliver a consistently exceptional learner experience.
- Use data insight and performance analysis to drive impactful interventions.
- Lead our tutorial and personal development curriculum and line manage our Heads of Progress and Personal Development.
- Champion our college competitions strategy, raising our national profile and student success.
- Act as a key strategic leader in our journey towards excellence and innovation.
