Delphi Developer – Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Delphi Developer to design, develop, and maintain CRM and Search and Selection applications using Delphi XE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with MS based online development to work with our online product, iTiro would be an advantage. Delphi Developer – Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and maintain Delphi applications. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. · Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. · Troubleshoot and debug applications. · Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. · Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive. · Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
