Vos principales missions :
En tant que Responsable Juridique, vous aurez la charge de piloter les activités juridiques liées aux domaines de l’assurance, de la banque et du digital. Vous accompagnerez les projets stratégiques de l’entreprise en apportant une expertise juridique pointue, tout en animant et développant les compétences de votre équipe.
Vos responsabilités :
- Superviser les analyses juridiques et la sécurisation des opérations dans les domaines assurance, banque et digital
- Encadrer, animer et faire monter en compétence une équipe de 6 juristes
- ĂŠtre force de proposition dans la transformation digitale des pratiques juridiques
- ĂŠtre un partenaire business agile
- Accompagner la digitalisation des pratiques juridiques et insuffler une culture «legal tech »
- Participer activement à la stratégie juridique de l’entreprise
- Assurer une veille réglementaire et anticiper les évolutions impactant les activités
Votre profil :
- Diplôme Bac +5 en droit (droit des affaires, droit bancaire, droit des assurances ou droit du numérique)
- Une compétence en droit des assurances est indispensable
- Expérience significative en management d’équipe juridique
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
- Capacité à proposer des solutions innovantes et à penser « out of the box »
- Sens de la pédagogie, leadership naturel et goût pour la transformation digitale
- Une compréhension de base de l\’intelligence artificielle (IA) et de ses applications potentielles dans votre métier est précieuse
