The RN – Utilization Review role involves managing concurrent reviews, appealing clinical denials, supporting accurate level-of-care determinations, and collaborating with healthcare teams. The Manager oversees daily operations, directs staff, maintains databases, analyzes denial trends, and participates in committees.
