I have a client in the Surrey area currently looking to fill a Senior Estates Officer position with a focus on proactively undertaking the estate management casework and projects to help maximise the potential of land and property assets in line with corporate priorities. The best candidates will have a history of assessing the efficiency and maintenance of assets under local authorities and helping with the disposing of excess assets. Responsibilities Successfully undertake commercial leasing and lettings reviews and renewals. Assess a wide portfolio of assets and regularly report to Estates Manager Assist in working with managing agents to ensure the portfolio of properties maximises our financial return.??????
