Your role:
As a Senior Service Designer, you will use research and data to shape digital and non-digital services, leading teams to design end-to-end solutions that serve DWP colleagues and millions of users.
You will analyze user needs, business goals, and policy requirements, using storytelling and visualizations to articulate comprehensive services across departments.
Leading stakeholder communication, facilitating collaboration, and driving decision-making are key aspects of your role.
Details, wages, and perks:
Location: Based in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, or Newcastle, with a hybrid working model.
Pay: Up to £66,058 nationally / £71,675 in London.
Pension: Civil service pension with 28.97% employer contributions (up to £16,094/year).
Holidays: 26 days rising to 31 days, plus public holidays and up to 3 additional days off per month on flexi-time.
