Lead IT Service Manager – Graphics Unlimited (Vic) Pty Ltd
As a Lead IT Service Manager, you will oversee end‑to‑end service delivery, covering technology, support, and user experience. You will manage SLAs, lead incident and problem management, guide your team to deliver high‑quality support, mentor others, manage stakeholders, and support out‑of‑hours incident response as part of a rota.
Pay of £75,026 plus 28.9% employer pension contributions. Hybrid working: 60% home, flexible hours, and a great work‑life balance.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage service level agreements.
- Drive resolution of complex incidents and problems.
- Ensure services meet business and user needs.
- Lead service management activities including incident, problem, service design, transition and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and support live service operations.
- Line manage, support development of others, and act as a point of escalation.
- Participate in a rota for out‑of‑hours major incident support.

- Performance‑Driven Delivery – use performance data and analytics to drive improvements in desktop service delivery.

- Environment Management – coordinate across Dev, Test, SI and Live environments, identify and mitigate risks.
- Technology Integration – implement and integrate emerging technologies such as Intune, Windows 365 and AI/ML into live service operations.
