This exciting role focuses on helping students overcome behavioural challenges to achieve success in both education and personal growth. The Role As a Behaviour Support Mentor , you will: Work 1:1 and in small groups to support students with behavioural difficulties. Collaborate with teaching staff to create strategies that promote positive behaviours. Deliver personalised interventions aimed at improving engagement in education and training. Foster resilience and confidence, helping students manage emotional and social challenges. Monitor progress, adapting approaches to meet individual needs. About You To thrive as a Behaviour Support Mentor , you will need: Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting. A passion for education and training and a commitment to inspiring positive change. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A good understanding of safeguarding procedures.
