We are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer to join our CQS accredited Conveyancing department in Bexleyheath.

Required Skills & Experience/ Responsibilities:

  • Exposure of handling a high volume caseload of conveyancing matters.
  • Experience with Sales & Purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties, Re-mortgages and Transfers of Equity.
  • Exposure to New Build Transactions and Shared Ownership Schemes desirable.
  • The successful candidate will be IT literate and have experience with Case Management Systems along with use of the Land Registry Portal.

Person Specification:

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to organise and run a busy caseload and meet deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to help and encourage less senior members of the department
  • Co-operative and helpful attitude within a team environment
  • Diligent and conscientious approach to work

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with a one hour break for lunch.
