Residential Conveyancer
A law firm in Canterbury, Kent require an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy conveyancing department to manage a comprehensive purchase and sales caseload.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will have at least 1+ year experience managing a caseload from instruction through to post completion whilst maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. The work will also involve re-mortgage , equity release and shared purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.
The Residential Conveyancer will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with the ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills together with the relevant experience required to competently manage a caseload, under supervision.
