Acquisition Marketing is focused on designing and executing outbound digital marketing campaigns with a primary objective of attracting and acquiring new customers. Team members are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reach a broader audience, leveraging various online channels such as social media, search engine marketing, app marketing, and video advertising. They use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive efficient customer acquisition, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful expansion of the user base. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of the paid media ecosystem, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. The candidate should display analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and motivation to stay ahead in the ever-evolving paid social landscape. This role is paid-only and does not involve organic social media management.
About the role
- Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimizations based on key metrics.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop assets which align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Continuously test and iterate on creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Help ensure media is executed within budget while optimizing for maximum performance.
- Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates related to paid social.
- Execute testing roadmap, including tracking learnings and proposing new tests.
Skills & experience
- Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years hands-on paid social marketing experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, campaign objectives, and optimization techniques.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding acquisition targets.
- Strong understanding of paid performance drivers and paid user funnels.
- Experience with managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Adaptable mindset with the ability to think creatively about problems.
- Agency experience is a bonus.
