Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the SEO strategy across key business areas like new languages, products, and more
  • Drive organic traffic growth from search engines and new platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity
  • Build scalable processes to earn high-quality backlinks and manage the link-building budget
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes
  • Launch and execute new ideas to grow organic traffic
  • Promote SEO best practices across the company and educate teams on its value
  • Report monthly on performance and key initiatives to leadership
  • Manage relationships with digital PR and link-building agencies

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of in-house SEO experience
  • Background in a STEM field
  • Strong mix of content, link-building, and technical SEO knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Quick to adapt and comfortable with change
  • Solid experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Headline)
  • Able to work independently and collaborate across engineering, content, and marketing teams
