We’re Beauty Pie. We’re the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club. And we’re disrupting the beauty industry, one face cream at a time.
Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail – and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
We’re looking for a Midweight Designer with strong digital design skills and a keen eye for detail. Reporting to the Head of Design, within our Creative Studio team, you’ll play a key role in creating engaging, high-performing emails, but your design skills will stretch across a broad range of commercial touch-points… from social content and e-commerce assets to paid media and motion graphics.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role within a fast-paced creative team where no two days look the same.
You’re a design perfectionist with great taste, fluent in Figma, and always looking to elevate your work, whether that’s an animated Instagram story or a product launch email that converts.
So, what will you be doing?
- A focus on designing visually compelling, high-converting emails, ensuring consistency with the Beauty Pie brand.
- Support BAU and creative campaigns with the creation of assets for social media, web/e-commerce (e.g., homepage, PDPs, banners), and paid digital projects.
- Bring brand stories to life through the addition of motion design (for email, social, or paid).
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to ensure visuals and messaging are aligned.
- Use Figma to design and prototype digital assets efficiently and collaboratively.
- Support the wider design and creative team across campaign rollouts, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Stay on top of design and beauty trends to keep our creative fresh, modern, and relevant.
We believe it\’s all about mindset, great skills, the right attitude and a fantastic work ethic. If you’re aligned to our values, excited about the opportunity, and you’re really good at what you do (even if you don’t tick all the boxes) apply anyway!
- 3–5 years of experience in a design role (in-house or agency), preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- A portfolio that showcases excellent commercial digital work across email, social, web, and paid media/performance marketing assets.
- Must have strong skills in Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion).
- A great eye for typography, layout, colour, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and manage deadlines with ease and precision.
- A passion for creating as well as a proactive attitude. A collaborative spirit, ready to contribute ideas, take feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Any experience of bringing assets to life through the addition of motion graphics (for email, social, or paid).
- Experience working with Iterable or other email platforms is a bonus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce CMS tools or performance marketing metrics.
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
- A love of beauty, skincare, and great storytelling.
