Graduate Recruiter and Programme Manager – Global Investment Firm – London
Our client
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Recruiter and Programme Manager to lead the delivery of early careers recruitment and development initiatives across its global offices. This role will play a pivotal part in attracting and developing top graduate talent for both investment and corporate functions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for internship and graduate programmes, including campaign strategy, university engagement, and assessment coordination
- Manage and execute global internship and graduate programmes, from onboarding to training, project rotations and performance management
- Act as a key point of contact for interns and graduates, ensuring a high-quality candidate and employee experience
Experience requirements:
- Proven experience in early careers or graduate recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced financial or professional services environment
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across global teams
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and recruitment data to optimise processes and improve candidate experience
