Business Development Recruiter – Mining Industry

The Role

We\’re working exclusively with a well-established recruitment agency based in Surrey that specialises in sourcing top-tier talent for the mining industry. They’re now looking to hire a Business Development Recruiter to help expand their client base and deepen existing relationships in international markets.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the international mining sector
• Building long-lasting partnerships with clients across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas
• Working closely with delivery and account management teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes

About You

• Proven experience in recruitment and business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ideally some exposure to technical or international recruitment
• Driven, entrepreneurial, and confident in client-facing situations
• Additionally, speaking French or Chinese would be advantageous.
