The IT Support Manager will be responsible for leading our end-user computing and security initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, IT operations, and security teams. Together, you will ensure our end-user environments are secure, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation. n
Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and support to the team and stakeholders.

Manage and oversee end-user computing environments, ensuring seamless device performance and user satisfaction.

Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard end-user devices and sensitive data.

Align IT operations with ITIL best practices to deliver reliable and efficient IT services.

Act as a key technical authority for complex IT issues while driving innovation in technology solutions.

Mentor and guide the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones).

Lead the design, deployment, and support of enterprise MDM solutions.

Oversee software deployment, configuration, and updates across the user base.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.

Monitor and report on service performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and configurations.
