What will your day to day look like?

You’ll be part of a high-performing technical team, working together to tackle real-world challenges and deliver innovative solutions that push the limits of performance. Whether you\’re deep in data, developing concepts, or collaborating with other teams to bring ideas to life, no two days will be quite the same.

You’ll also:

• Analyse and understand wind tunnel results and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tests
• Use computer aided design to efficiently create new geometric solutions to aerodynamic problems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring your ideas to reality
• Contribute to process improvements and technical best practices
• Bring fresh ideas, challenge assumptions, and always be looking for a better way

This role will suit you if you have…

• A strong engineering degree in aerodynamics-related technical field
• Previous experience working in Formula 1 Aerodynamics
• A natural problem-solving mindset and a hunger to learn
• The ability to stay calm and focused when the pressure’s on
• Great attention to detail and a high bar for quality
• A collaborative approach and confidence to work independently when needed
