An experienced Private Client Legal Assistant is required to join a leading law firm based in Cotteridge. As a Legal Assistant you will be providing full support to the Private Client Solicitors on a day to day basis.
You will be required to have previous experience within Private Client.

Duties include

Preparing correspondence using the firms case management system.

Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.

Daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.

Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.

Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
