TRAVELLING PRIVATE PA TO HIGH-PROFILE DIGITAL DISRUPTOR

We’re seeking a wildly capable and resourceful Private Personal Assistant to support a globally mobile, high-profile entrepreneur operating across online gaming, esports, poker, digital investments, and disruption. This individual’s schedule is driven by adrenaline and instinct. Their world is fast-moving, unpredictable, luxurious, and extremely demanding. You’ll need to be the kind of person who can rebook a jet from Monaco to the Maldives while tracking down a rare Japanese whisky en route, talk your way through customs in five languages, or at least know exactly who to call who can, secure a dinner reservation for 14 in Paris at 2am after the restaurant’s already closed, and pivot calmly from Bali to Belgrade at a moment’s notice, with the wardrobe, dog, and full digital setup in tow.

This role isn’t for the faint-hearted. It’s full throttle, 24/7, ideal for an individual who’s resourceful, unflappable, ruthlessly organised, and loves the thrill of doing what others say can’t be done. You’ll need a luxury-black-book of contacts, nerves of steel, an instinct for order in the storm, plus a fierce commitment to getting things done fast.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
• Orchestrate complex global travel plans, private and commercial, with last-minute changes
• Source high-end, rare, and often last-minute items
• Make the seemingly impossible, possible
• Calendar and lifestyle management across time zones
• Manage sensitive documents and communications with the utmost discretion
• Liaise with elite stakeholders across tech, gaming, finance, and luxury sectors
• Handle logistics across private homes, vehicles, events, and pets
• Be physically and mentally ready to pivot plans at a moment’s notice, sometimes to a new continent

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• A Private PA ninja with at least 3-5+ years supporting UHNW, high-profile, or creative individuals
• Globally connected, with the ability to get anything, anywhere, any time
• Calm under fire, quick on your feet
• Experienced in tech, online gaming, crypto, finance, or supporting eccentric geniuses
• A high-mobility passport to allow visa-free travel
• Available 24/7
• Obsessed with discretion, diplomacy, and delivering magic behind the scenes
