Médico do Trabalho/Gerente de Medicina Ocupacional
Buscamos um(a) Médico(a) do Trabalho para atuar com foco estratégico e preventivo na saúde ocupacional, liderando programas médicos, coordenando ações de promoção à saúde e garantindo conformidade legal com as exigências trabalhistas. Essa posição combina responsabilidade clínica, gestão de saúde corporativa e interface com áreas-chave da empresa.
Responsabilidades Principais
- Coordenar as atividades de medicina ocupacional da unidade, assegurando conformidade com a legislação vigente.
- Elaborar, implementar e manter atualizado o PCMSO.
- Realizar exames ocupacionais (admissionais, periódicos, retorno ao trabalho, mudança de função, demissionais e pós-acidente).
- Cumprir e acompanhar o cronograma de exames clínicos e complementares da unidade.
- Orientar os colaboradores sobre riscos à saúde no ambiente de trabalho e uso adequado de EPIs.
- Realizar atendimentos com foco na prevenção de doenças e promoção da saúde.
- Atuar em situações de urgência e emergência clínica, quando necessário.
- Gerenciar prontuários médicos (físicos e eletrônicos) conforme os processos da empresa.
- Liderar programas de saúde, campanhas de vacinação, treinamentos e ações de qualidade de vida.
- Coordenar ações relacionadas ao público PCD, afastamentos e combate ao absenteísmo.
- Apoiar ações jurídicas relacionadas à saúde e participar de sindicâncias e perícias médicas.
- Atuar em interface com o INSS sobre concessão de benefícios, reabilitação e retorno ao trabalho.
- Conduzir programas de prevenção ao uso de álcool e drogas.
Formação:
Graduação em Medicina com CRM ativo;
Pós-graduação em Medicina do Trabalho com RQE registrado.
Domínio das normas e legislações de saúde e segurança no trabalho (NRs);
Experiência em gestão de saúde ocupacional e programas de prevenção;
Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office.
Perfil proativo e foco em prevenção e bem-estar do colaborador;
Capacidade de atuação técnica com visão estratégica de saúde corporativa;
Boa comunicação para atuar com diferentes áreas da empresa (jurídico, RH, segurança, operações);
Organização e sigilo no tratamento de informações médicas.
