About The Role
We\’re looking for a passionate, highly strategic and commercial minded marketing specialist to join the UK Delivery (Uber Eats) marketing team. In this role, you\’ll work across a range of marketing initiatives from large-scale national integrated campaigns and sponsorships to highly targeted growth driving campaigns.
You will report directly to the UK Brand Marketing Lead and will work closely with key cross-functional partners, such as our local consumer growth & engagement teams, comms, policy and territory & restaurant/merchant operations teams.
What You\’ll Do
Brand Campaign Development: In collaboration with the campaign leads, you will support the development and delivery of our full-funnel brand marketing campaigns and national brand sponsorships. You will own specific channels and work with our creative and media agency partners – as well as internal Comms, Social and Ops teams – to produce and launch best in class campaigns that deliver on our key brand metrics.
Shape long-term Brand Strategy: Help to define, shape and supercharge the UK Uber Eats brand strategy to set the business up for long-term success.
Growth campaigns Strategy & Execution: Develop the strategy for our critical selection and value campaigns, aligning with Ops on the moments and merchants that matter most to consumers. Execute best-in-class full-funnel campaigns that cut-through at the right time and place to drive consumer growth and engagement for our delivery business.
Co-Marketing Launches: Work closely with Ops teams to support the development of co-marketing required for the launch of new restaurant and retail partners on Uber Eats. Produce compelling and comprehensive 360° launch plans for new partners.
Business Integration: Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Operations & Account Managers teams, helping to bring a brand/consumer lens to business discussions with key Restaurants, Merchants and external partners, designing yearly marketing plans and partnerships while ensuring they deliver on critical growth goals.
Research & Insights: Design research studies and report clear analyses of actionable insights that lead to consumer-led initiatives across the business.
Reporting & Playbooking: Produce best-in-class playbooks for all Brand & Growth initiatives that enable the UK team to capture learnings for future optimisations and allow scale across other markets.
What You\’ll Need
Minimum 4 years marketing experience delivering successful marketing campaigns.
Previous paid & own-channel experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Campaign Planning: Experience leading & developing best-in-class campaigns, with a proven ability to develop robust G2M plans and break-through creative executions. Should have experience in developing high quality creative campaigns that are built on a brand\’s DNA and deliver positive results for the business.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items and a desire to create and build new processes to enable organizational efficiencies.
Great Stakeholder management skills: The candidate should be able to create and nurture relationships with various stakeholders from junior to C-levels in order to influence decision making and collaborate with a large number of teams across multiple disciplines.
Storyteller: You can craft a compelling narrative across different channels – you know how to match the message to the medium.
Growth marketing skills: Proven track record of delivering successful and commercially driven strategic marketing plans that are designed to drive audience growth and user engagement.
Self-motivation and drive: Ability to work well independently and within a group setting to push projects to completion, whilst juggling multiple projects simultaneously. You must have the hunger and ambition to learn and create impact for the Uber Eats brand.
Finger-tippinesses with data: You just go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to leverage data to make decisions and drive growth.
