Part-Time Administrator High Ercall, Shropshire Temporary £11.75 per hour Monday-Friday / 8:30am-1:30pm Prince is working in partnership with our client to recruit a Part-Time Administrator to join them on a temporary basis. The Part-Time Administrator is required to start immediately and will be for a minimum of 2 weeks but likely will be required for longer. The overall purpose of the role will be to provide varied administrative support to the organisation and provide a client facing reception service. Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to: * Provide administrative support * Maintain files and attendance records * General reception duties such as answering the phone and greeting visitors * Maintain and reconcile petty cash * Liaise with external agencies * Purchasing of goods and services as required * Attend and minute meetings * Support with facilities and health and safety administration * Assist with administration tasks for HR Skills and Experience: * Previous office-based experience, ideally in a similar or transferable role. * Good administration experience * Comfortable working in a customer facing environment * An open minded, clam and personable character * You must be a strong communicator and able to understand instructions * IT literate including MS Office * Own transport will be required due to company location * You should be available to start immediately The application process: Our mission is to support our clients in their creation of an equal, diverse and inclusive workforce.
