A global leader at the forefront of marine and offshore innovation is seeking a passionate Electrical and Automation Engineer to support major technical projects. With a focus on sustainability and cutting-edge solutions, this organisation is shaping the future of safe and efficient operations at sea.
What will you be doing?
- Conducting detailed technical reviews and analysis of engineering plans for compliance and accuracy
- Working on multi-disciplinary projects, solving complex engineering challenges with creative solutions
- Drafting timely, technically sound reports and communicating findings to clients and teams
- Liaising with stakeholders to support technical problem-solving and suggest process improvements
- Taking part in pioneering marine engineering projects with minimal supervision once trained
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Degree-qualified in Electrical, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field); Master’s is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in marine, shipyard, consulting or classification environments preferred
- Familiar with Finite Element Methods, industry standards, and engineering software tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to work collaboratively in a technical, quality-driven environment
