Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager @ fast-growing Fashion Brand

Location: East London (3 days/week in office)

Job Type: Part-Time (Open to going full-time down the line)

This is a rare opportunity to join one of London’s most exciting emerging fashion brands as their first in-house Digital Marketing Manager. After 5 years of organic growth and a loyal customer base, the brand is now ready to scale, and needs a digital lead to make it happen.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in creative, fast-moving environments and understands how to combine performance marketing with brand integrity. You\’ll work closely with the founder, own digital performance, and help shape the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Meta Ads (paid social), from campaign build to creative testing and performance analysis
  • Take ownership of the website and drive conversion improvements via CRO and UX
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and flows (Klaviyo or similar)
  • Align digital strategy with brand goals and tone of voice
  • Support product drops, seasonal launches, and site merchandising

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing for fashion (streetwear or luxury preferred)
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Shopify
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with sensitivity to brand aesthetics
  • Comfortable working in a lean, founder-led team
  • High-impact role with autonomy to shape digital strategy
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the brand scales
