I am supporting a director led consultancy which blends the calm of an SME with the scale of a busy London practice. You will find no stuffy corporate playbook here. People work closely with the directors, decisions are made quickly, and the culture is built on trust rather than formality.
The business has a strong Central London base focused on major commercial and higher education schemes delivered by a thirteen-person cost team. The office fits around forty-two so there is space to breathe creating a lively but manageable buzz. The South London office has a fourteen strong cost team delivering social housing and mixed-use work and plays a central part in the practice\’s long-term partnerships.
About the position:
The Associate role is suited to a chartered cost manager or quantity surveyor who is comfortable leading major projects and managing important client relationships. Project values usually fall between five and forty million with the occasional two hundred million scheme for good measure. You will take full responsibility for delivery, steer project strategy and support a growing cohort of juniors, graduates and assistants …
