Job Description
Job Title: Fire Door Carpenter
Location: London
Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract (with option to extend)
Pay: £220 per day (Outside IR35)
Start Date: ASAP
Payment: Weekly, every Friday
Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Door Carpenter to join the team on a 6-month rolling contract in London, with the strong possibility of extension. The role will involve the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire doors across various sites, ensuring all works are completed to the highest safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, adjustment, and maintenance of fire doors in line with current regulations
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety and fire safety legislation
- Carrying out remedial works where required
- Working independently and efficiently across multiple sites in London
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fire Door Carpenter
- Valid CSCS card (preferred but not always essential)
- Own vehicle and full set of tools
- Strong knowledge of fire door regulations and standards
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship
- Available to start in the coming weeks
Benefits:
