Senior Architect
Central London, Permanent Position
Our client is a dynamic architectural practice underpinned by great design, innovation and craftsmanship. They do not have a house style and look at every project individually, creating desirable places to live and work that are richly detailed and diverse in character. From their studio in the heart of London\’s design district, they work across multiple sectors including housing, commercial, heritage, arts and community projects of all shapes and sizes across London and the UK.
They now have an opportunity for a Senior Architect and would like to hear from highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and design-led in their ideas. They value great communicators who have a background that demonstrates excellent design and technical skills.
The successful candidate must have proven experience working on complex buildings with a construction value between £10m and £200m. Have excellent technical knowledge including the British Building Regulations, construction materials and detailing. Revit proficiency and experience across all RIBA stages are essential.
