About the Role

Our HealthTech client is building a cohesive, high-performing in‑house engineering team to power their growing technology suite — from web applications and data analytics platforms to AI tools and internal systems.

They’re looking for a Full‑Stack Developer who enjoys working across the stack, building impactful solutions, and contributing to products that genuinely make a difference to people’s lives.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with engineers and product leads to build reliable, user‑friendly web applications
• Develop and maintain APIs and services using Python (Flask or similar frameworks)
• Implement best practices for modular architecture, reusable code, and streamlined deployments
• Contribute to front‑end consistency and tech stack standardisation
• Support AI, data processing, and user‑facing integrations

What We’re Looking For

Experience with Flask (or similar server‑side frameworks)

Comfortable with REST APIs, MongoDB, and cloud deployment

Familiarity with CI/CD, containerisation, and scalable systems

Self‑motivated, collaborative, and proactive

Nice to Have

Experience with AI integration or data processing

Experience in startups or healthcare tech
