Who we are looking for

A Recruitment Data Insights Analyst, who will support data-driven decision-making and provide valuable insights to the recruitment team.

Joining the recruitment technology and analytics team, you will be passionate about leveraging data to drive recruitment success.

You will collaborate with the recruitment leadership team to implement our technology and analytics strategy, focusing on gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data related to job markets, compensation and employment trends.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying trends and opportunities to improve recruitment processes, developing dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights, and ensuring data privacy standards are maintained.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred skills and experience

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with expertise in people data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques, including correlation analysis, regression, and predictive modelling.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms, to create compelling dashboards and reports.
  • Proven interpersonal and change management skills to champion adopting new processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on HR technology experience managing HR and recruitment systems.
  • In depth knowledge of recruitment processes, metrics and KPIs.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HR data analysis trends, tools, and best practices.

Main Responsibilities

  • Gathering and benchmarking data about jobs, compensation and benefits.
  • Calculating retention, turnover, and internal mobility rates.
  • Developing and maintaining recruitment dashboards, reports, and visualisations to effectively communicate recruitment data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Using data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Conducting statistical analysis and predictive modelling to support recruitment initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  • Collaborating with recruitment stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customised reports and analytics to meet their needs.
  • Participating in broader recruitment projects and initiatives related to data analytics, including system implementations, process improvements, and automation.
  • Maintaining data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling sensitive recruitment data.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in recruitment data analysis.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation of system configurations, Business processes, and schedules of reporting and integrations.
