Futureheads has exclusively partnered with a boutique creative agency that’s looking for a Product Manager to join their team.
This is a small, collaborative agency where everyone gets stuck in and has a say in how things are done. You’d be working on a mix of digital projects, helping shape ideas from the very beginning through to launch. The team is hands-on and supportive, and you’ll have the chance to work closely with developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
The role is quite varied—you’ll get involved in product discovery, planning, and delivery, and you’ll often be the one making design decisions, especially when resources are tight. There’s a real focus on working together and figuring things out as a team.
They’re looking for someone who’s comfortable leading projects, enjoys the 0–1 phase of product development, and is happy to get involved wherever needed. Ideally, you’ll have experience managing technical teams and taking ownership of the product lifecycle.
The agency prefers a hybrid setup, so you’d be in the office a couple of days a week,
If you like the idea of working somewhere small and friendly, where you can really make an impact and be part of a close team, this could be a good fit.
About the Role
As Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of new digital products from ideation through to launch. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, QA, and stakeholders—you’ll lead the journey from initial concept to successful delivery.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading product discovery and ideation sessions, turning insights into actionable roadmaps and MVPs.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless execution and integration.
- Taking ownership of product design decisions, especially in lean teams where you may need to contribute hands-on.
- Managing and mentoring developers, ensuring high-quality output and effective teamwork.
- Conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and iterating on product features.
- Utilizing tools such as SQL and AI to accelerate product development and inform decision-making.
- Facilitating workshops and maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in product management, ideally with a background in business development or digital product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading products from 0–1, especially in start-up or fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing technical teams and owning the product lifecycle.
- Comfortable working in hybrid or flexible environments; preference for some in-person collaboration.
- Salary expectations in the £55,000–£70,000 range, dependent on experience.
- Based within commutable distance to Surrey or London.
If you like the idea of working somewhere small and friendly, where you can really make an impact and be part of a close team, this could be a good fit.
