Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role include: Develop eLearning training courses Develop Instructor Led Training courses Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes Participate in designing and building new course materials for Smart Communications product releases and enhancements Participate in developing quality training documentation including handouts, manuals and exercises Work effectively with other senior business leaders in the execution of new business strategies as they relate to the delivery of Smart Communications training services Attain complete mastery over the Smart Communications Product implementation process and all related services Qualifications What we’re looking for: Must have skills/experience: 0 – 2 years IT training experience both in eLearning
